Hydro Graphics Service Process

Consultation: Discuss customer's desired design, item to be dipped, and any specific requirements.
Item Preparation: Clean and prepare the item for dipping, including masking or protection of areas not to be covered.
Base Coat Application: Apply a base coat of primer or paint if required for the desired finish.
Film Selection: Choose the appropriate film pattern based on customer's preference.
Water Tank Preparation: Fill the water tank with clean water and prepare the activator solution.
Film Activation: Float the film face down on the water surface and apply activator to soften it.
Dipping Process: Carefully immerse the prepared item into the water tank at the correct angle.
Film Adhesion: Allow the film to adhere to the item's surface.
Excess Film Removal: Remove excess film from the item using a squeegee or similar tool.
Drying: Allow the item to dry completely.
Clear Coat Application: Apply a protective clear coat to seal the design and enhance finish.
Curing (if required): Allow the clear coat to cure, if necessary.
